Speaking up for the unheard, overlooked and ignored

I am a social justice advocate, speaker, facilitator and lived experience leader.

At the heart of my work is a simple belief: people who are most affected by decisions should have a real say in shaping them. I work with communities, charities, health and social care organisations to bring people together, challenge inequality and create spaces where everyone's knowledge and experience are valued.

I believe people are experts in their own lives. My role is often to help bridge the gap between lived experience and decision-making, making sure people are listened to, respected and involved as equal partners in creating change.

How we can work together

Everything starts with a conversation.

We'll explore what you're hoping to achieve, who needs to be involved and what success looks like.

From there, we'll create something that works for your organisation, your community and your people.

No off-the-shelf answers.

No jargon-filled reports gathering dust on shelves.

Just meaningful conversations, practical action and a commitment to creating change together.

Fancy a conversation?
