Let's build something together

Most of the work starts with a conversation. Whether you're looking for a keynote speaker, a facilitator, strategic consultancy, or someone to help you embed co-production properly, the starting point is the same: understanding what you're trying to achieve, what's getting in the way, and who's not being heard.

I don't come in with all the answers. I create the conditions for people to listen differently, share power and find solutions together. Expect honesty. Expect play. Expect to be challenged constructively. And expect to leave with something practical.

Ways to make a difference

Co-production and system change

Consultancy and strategic support

Sometimes organisations need more than a workshop

They need someone who can walk alongside them and help turn ideas into action.

I work as a consultant, advisor and critical friend, supporting organisations to strengthen co-production, improve participation, embed lived experience leadership and create meaningful cultural change.

My role is often helping organisations bridge the gap between what they aspire to do and what people experience in reality.

This can include:

  • Co-production strategy

  • Service redesign

  • Governance reviews

  • Community engagement approaches

  • Organisational culture reviews

  • Policy development

  • Leadership support

  • Equity and inclusion work

  • Research and evaluation

Lived experience leadership

Community reporting and storytelling

Stories have the power to change hearts, minds, services and systems

As a Community Reporter practitioner, I support individuals and communities to share their experiences safely, ethically and meaningfully.

Community reporting creates opportunities for people to tell their own stories, in their own words, on their own terms.

Because the people who live the realities of services and systems often have the clearest understanding of what needs to change.

This can include:

  • Story collection

  • Community reporting projects

  • Interviews and listening exercises

  • Co-produced research

  • Evaluation and learning

  • Digital storytelling

  • Lived experience insight gathering

Lived experience leadership

Healing and justice circles

Not every conversation is about fixing a problem

Sometimes people need space to listen, reflect, heal and reconnect.

Healing and justice circles create opportunities for people to come together in ways that centre humanity, dignity, compassion and accountability.

They create room for difficult conversations while recognising the importance of care, wellbeing and restoration.

This can include:

  • Story collection

  • Community reporting projects

  • Interviews and listening exercises

  • Co-produced research

  • Evaluation and learning

  • Digital storytelling

  • Lived experience insight gathering

Speaking and facilitation

Speaking and keynotes

Words rooted in lived experience and storytelling

I design and deliver workshops that are engaging, thought-provoking and grounded in real life.

Every session is shaped around the people in the room and the change you're hoping to create.

My workshops create space for reflection, learning, challenge and practical action.

  • Co-production and shared power

  • Lived experience leadership

Anti-racism consultancy

Anti-racist practice and equity

Racism does not disappear because we avoid talking about it

I support organisations, teams and communities to have courageous conversations about race, power, privilege and inequality.

Together we explore how racism and oppression show up in systems, organisations and everyday interactions, and what meaningful action can look like.

The aim is not blame or shame.

The aim is understanding, accountability and action.

Got something different in mind?

Not seeing exactly what you need? Get in touch. Every organisation is different, and the best work happens when we start with a real conversation about what you're trying to achieve.
